Exciting Opportunities for Alustra® Woven Textures®

More customers are about to fall in love with the exclusive Alustra® Woven Textures® collection. That’s because Woven TExtrues reference decks are being placed into the core line Designer Roller Shades sample book this September, increasing exposure for Woven Textures fabrics. Now you will never a sales opportunity for Woven Textures.
There are five Woven Textures reference decks, organized by opacity, that include fabric swatches, color numbers, material content and other important information. The decks are a great tool for leading customers back to Woven Textures book, where they can order Alustra Woven Textures as roller shades, Roman shades or Skyline® Gliding Window Panels.
“Whenever I show Alustra Woven Textures to customers, they love it,” said June Amara, owner of Creative Window Treatments in Punta Gorda, Florida, and a top dealer for Woven Textures sales. “The fabrics are what everyone loves,” she continued. “They are light and airy and provide a really contemporary look, yet they coordinate with many different décors. There’s nothing else like them.”
When June sells Alustra Woven Textures Roman shades, she tells customers they’re getting three shades in one: A front shade that diffuses sun, a back shade for room darkening and privacy and a modern Roman shade when raised. “The small headrail is also wonderful because it has a soft and clean appearance,” June offered. And now, with the new addition of Top-Down/Bottom-Up for Roman shades last May, Woven Textures offers even more versatility.
Hunter Douglas District Sales Manager, Denise Bauman, of Portland Oregon, believes there are important reasons Alustra dealers should be selling more Woven Textures. “Woven Textures are exclusive to Gallery and Showcase Dealers, giving them a competitive advantage that provides attractive margins,” explained Denise. “And, the gorgeous fabrics contribute to an increase in referrals. Every time an Alustra product goes into a home, it ‘advertises’ the dealer’s design talent.”
Denise endorses having Alustra Woven Textures reference decks placed in the Designer Roller Shades sample book. “It will bring more attention to this Alustra product, and once customers see the Woven Textures fabrics they will be tempted to have them in their homes.”
And, of course, increasing Alustra Woven Textures sales is the purpose of placing decks into the Designer Roller Shades sample book. When Alustra sampling was previously placed into other core line books, visibility increased and Alustra sales tripled.
